To danie, kt\u00f3re wam przedstawi\u0119 ma w sobie oba te sk\u0142adniki. Jest swego rodzaju wariacj\u0105 na temat sadzonych z ziemniakami. <\/p>\n

Potrzebujecie <\/span>ziemniak\u00f3w<\/u>, <\/span>cebulki<\/u> lub <\/span>pora<\/u>, <\/span>mas\u0142a<\/u> i <\/span>jajek<\/u>. Dla bardziej wymagaj\u0105cych troch\u0119 sera wyselekcjonowanego pod\u0142ug gustu i zielonej pietruszki dla zdrowia i dekoru.<\/span><\/p>\n

I remember very well that in the series 30 Rock, the main character, Liz Lemon, on a date with her boyfriend, ate mashed potatoes and sipped them with Martinis. I thought to myself, the perfect dating menu, or the perfect menu in general. My favorite friend Emila from aroundthecraft<\/strong> <\/a>suggested a dish that fulfilled my dreams in a similar way.<\/p>\n

As a Pole, I love mashed potatoes. Always and in any form. And if you add a fried egg to it and turn its yolk into a flood on your plate, that’s a fairy tale.<\/p>\n

This dish that I am going to present to you has both of these ingredients. It is a kind of variation on fried eggs with potatoes.<\/p>\n

You need potatoes, an onion or a leek, butter and eggs. For the more demanding, a little cheese selected according to your taste and green parsley for health and decor.<\/p>\n

1. Boil the potatoes until tender, in the meantime fry the vegetable with which you want to enrich the puree in the pan. I chose the leek.<\/p>\n

2. Beat the boiled potatoes until smooth, add pepper, salt, fried leek and butter. Mix well.<\/p>\n

3. Make two balls of this puree. Stick your or someone else’s fist into them, creating a sweet nest.<\/p>\n

4. You stick an egg into the nest created in this way.<\/p>\n

5. You line the baking tray with baking paper and place your egg eyes on it. For those willing, you can sprinkle them with grated cheese.<\/p>\n

6. Put it for 15 minutes in a preheated 200 degrees oven and it’s ready. It tastes even better with fresh parsley or dill.<\/p>\n
